The scope of this project includes constructing approximately 800 linear feet of reinforced concrete block walls, including wrought iron panels, one vehicle access gate and one pedestrian access gate. The scope also includes installing
approximately 300 linear feet of 12” diameter ductile iron pipe, and approximately 100 linear feet of 6” diameter ductile
iron pipe, including all fittings. There also is approximately 45,000 square feet of site grading and construction of various
equipment-mounting pads, and other appurtenant work.

The scope of this project includes the demolition of two existing comfort stations and two ramadas and the construction of
a single new comfort station and two new ramadas, which will be fully ADA compliant. The project is located at
Carpinteria State Beach and will provide an all new, ADA compliant picnic and rest area for beach goers. The work also
includes installation of all new electrical components and upgrades, plumbing and fixtures other related work. The site will
also be receiving new ADA compliant picnic tables and barbeques.
